A new Wakefield Research PR survey that sheds light on Americans’ overwhelming misunderstanding of antioxidants has landed in the pages of the country’s top health and fitness magazines – SHAPE and Men’s Health!
The survey for MonaVie finds that an enormous majority of Americans (92 percent!) cannot give an accurate description of an antioxidant. While three-fourths of Americans (75 percent) say they actively try to eat foods rich in antioxidants, 9 in 10 (91 percent!) cannot actually recognize antioxidant-rich foods.
In addition to health and fitness long-leads, the eye-opening stats also caught the eyes of editors at The Huffington Post, TheGloss.com and TheDailyMeal.com.
