A recent survey from Xfinity Mobile and Wakefield Research reveals addictive phone behavior is skyrocketing among millennials, with 67 percent of respondents admitting they would give up showering, driving, speaking, sleeping, eating or even water for an entire day to be able to have their phone with them. 59 percent confess they spend so much time staring at their phones, they sometimes forget why they pick it up for in the first place. And 52 percent can’t sleep knowing there’s an unread notification. Of course, millennials aren’t the only ones glued to their phones, so digital productivity coach Deb Lee shared a 7-day plan to help kick bad habits and detox to simpler times.
