Sleep Deprivation Is Taking a Toll on Working Moms

A recent survey conducted by Wakefield Research on behalf BetterSleep reveals the widespread impact sleep deprivation is having on working moms. More than half (53%) have called out sick, left work early, or underperformed at work in the past year due to lack of sleep, with 36% reporting these disruptions happened repeatedly. The findings also highlight the emotional strain tied to exhaustion, as 70% of all moms cited anxiety, racing thoughts, and mental load keeping them awake as key factors preventing them from getting enough sleep.
