How AI, ChatGPT Are Used in Job Searches

CBS News covered the growing use of artificial intelligence in the job hunt. Their story cited an iCIMS report on the Class of 2023 that used research from a custom PR survey conducted by Wakefield Research. The article highlighted that 1 in 4 recent grads had already used AI technology, like ChatGPT, in their job hunt. Despite its popularity, many hiring professionals (40%) noted job candidates using AI was a dealbreaker.
