We’re often asked “how long can I use a survey stat for PR?”  The answer, as evidenced by today’s USA Today Snapshot, is a really, really long time.

Today’s Money section featured a Snapshot from a survey conducted by Wakefield Research on behalf of rent.com.  It turns out that 51% of Americans adults would share their home with a ghost in exchange for free rent.  The survey was conducted in September 2009, showing that solid, evergreen data can haunt editors desks for quite a while.

However, not all data has such a long shelflife.  Our media and polling experts can help design research that, depending on your needs, is good for a minute or for months.  Contact us to learn how.
