Can a New Year’s resolution be counted on to change habits and lifestyles?
With a solid support system and the right tools, anything is possible. According to a recent survey by Wakefield Research for MorningStar Farms, the most popular resolutions are health related, with 9 in 10 choosing to revamp their wellbeing. Among the health-conscious, 66% vow to lose weight, 47% want to cut back on the junk food, and 36% want to consume fewer calories in general.
To meet your goal, MorningStar suggests choosing one of their better-for-you choices at mealtimes. Other ways to stay on track to a fit and fresh you include setting a concrete, measurable goal, keeping a diary logging your successes, and enlisting a buddy to give support and encouragement.
