Wakefield Research started off the week on the right foot, making a splash on the front page of USA Today’s Life section. The Snapshot featured a stat from Wakefield’s PR survey for Zeno Group and Lipton Tea, which illustrates the amount of water adults drink per day.
According to the study, 10% of adults drink just one glass of water or less per day. That’s not going to cut it.
Most people have heard the “eight glasses a day” rule, but apparently not many follow it. A majority of people (58%) drink two to five glasses per day, while 14% drink six to seven glasses, and just 18% drink eight or more glasses per day. It’s going to be a scorcher this week, so grab a glass and fill it up with some cool, refreshing H2O – and don’t forget to refill!
