A Good Night’s Sleep Is a Dream for Most Moms

A recent custom survey conducted by Wakefield Research on behalf of BetterSleep found that 29% of moms haven’t woken up feeling like they had a good night’s sleep in the last week, but the reason may not be why you’d think. Anxiety is the most commonly cited barrier to getting enough sleep, selected by 70% among their top three reasons. The findings suggest moms are carrying a significant mental load with ongoing worries that extend beyond the day and into the hours meant for rest. Read more in Parents.
